Today’s the day!
Over the summer I filmed an episode of my friend Lisa’s digital series The Fash Life. Part sketch comedy, part behind the scenes, the show highlights the lives and shenanigans of real bloggers and real fakers. Set to the theme of Alice in Wonderland, we all played a character from the classic novel in the pilot episode, Bloggers in Wonderland.
I was thrilled to portray the Mad Hatter, because let’s face it, I’m pretty eccentric and a tad crazy when it comes to fashion!
I had the honor of helping to style the episode as well and had so much fun mixing my own wardrobe items with pulls from LA showrooms.
Wearing matching separates from OTT Dubai c/o Maison Privee PR and my own Jacquemus coat, hat, tights and Marco de Vincenzo boots.
Check out the episode below!
Can we chat blogging for a sec?
Fashion blogging is such an interesting career path. What started as an emerging industry with a Wild West mentality has transformed into the new way brands market and interact with consumers. While much of the world thinks this life is all lattes and selfies, there’s so much more that goes on behind the scenes. I’m so glad Lisa created this series because there are too many hilarious moments and important business lessons to learn from this industry.
Be sure to follow along for more episodes!
