After years of carrying heavy handbags, I decided to switch up my routine and begin using a backpack. I’m an ‘everything but the kitchen sink’ kind of girl when it comes to bags, so while I’m still carrying the same amount of stuff, evenly distributing the weight on both shoulders has definitely made a difference in my posture. It gives off a collegiate vibe that I just love, especially when paired with a fuzzy wool blazer and super soft turtleneck. To prevent the look from going full on east coast prep school, I threw on my tuxedo booties and distressed twisted jeans (literally) and found some T-Bird looking friends.
